In many cases, the work we do is classed as repair and renovation of existing sash windows. These types of refurbishments are generally not subject to planning permission or building regulation approval.  For buildings that are listed or located in conservation areas, approval may be required. We will offer advice for this as soon as we understand the scope of the project.
